Customized Orders
Each customized piece is uniquely crafted just for you, making it non-refundable and ineligible for exchange once confirmed and processed. Kindly review all customization details carefully before placing your order to ensure complete satisfaction.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:
✔️ An unboxing video is required to process the claim.
✔️ The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
🚫 No claims will be entertained after 48 hours.
🚫 Tampered or edited videos will not be accepted.
🔹 Shipping charges for the replacement product will be borne by us.
🔹 Since transportation hazards are sometimes unavoidable, we strongly request you to record an opening video of your package. This simple step ensures a smooth resolution process and allows us to serve you better.
Return Eligibility (Non-Customized Items)
We accept returns on non-customized products within 48 hours of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
✔️ Unused, in pristine condition
✔️ Original packaging intact
✔️ Resellable condition
🚫 Returns will not be accepted beyond 48 hours from delivery.
Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Order Modifications
Need to make changes? Contact us as soon as possible! We can accommodate modifications before your order enters production or is shipped. Unfortunately, once processing begins, changes are no longer possible.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work closely with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.
