Customized products: Require 3-4 working days for production before dispatch.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
